Sonatest are proud to offer our support for 4 Advanced Workshops run by our partner, BC END in Brazil. Focussing on Advanced NDT applications, including ultrasound inspection in stainless steel. Francois Lachance of Sonatest will be on hand supporting the program. The workshops will travel to 4 beautiful Brazilian cities over 4 days, Rio De Janeiro on the 13th, Salvador on the 14th, São Paulo on the 16th and finishing in São Paulo on the 17th of November. If you are attending the 15th APCNDT conference in Singapore make sure to meet with our colleague Dominic Giguère, product manager at Sonatest. Dominic will be at the technical conference on the 15th talking about our brand new Stainless Steel high resolution ultrasonic inspection solution. On the 16th he will be presenting another paper about the combination of Phased Array and advanced imaging techniques to improve defect characterisation using L-Scanning systems. The Sonatest team would like to thank the ASNT show organisers for making 2017 such a wonderful event. So many people worked hard to create a brilliant atmosphere and the Sonatest team with their positive attitude attracted many visitors to our stand. There was particular interest in our new Stainles Steel Weld Inspection solution using DAAH - DLA phased array & veo+ and the 2 technical papers presented by Dominic Giguère were equally popular. The Sonatest team would like to thank all our visitors and the show organisers for making this year such a vibrant and positive event. Space Tech Expo Europe 2017 proved to be another success for our sales team, with a steady stream of visitors keen to view our composite solutions and Xpair, our new pc based remote access solution. The Sonatest team on our stand, B13, will be ready when the show opens it's doors to visitors on Monday 13th November. We will be featuring Xpair, our new PC-based software application solution designed to manage data transfer and remote control of instruments in the field wherever a network connection is available. In addition our expert team will be demonstrating our industry standard Masterscan & Sitescan flaw detectors, veo+ PA flaw detector, AlphaGage+ Series of Corrosion and precision gauges as well as a range of industry solutions. Don't miss Dominic Giguere presenting technical papers in the Peony Junior Room, High Frequency Austenitic Stainless Steel Solution on Wednesday 15th at 2.24pm and Advanced Imaging Techniques for Linear Scanning Defects Characterisation on Thursday 16th at 11.15am. This show is a first for Sonatest and we expect to make many new friends as well as meet up with old ones.
